Contact
Shape Stack is made by Matthew Medici. The support address for the app and this website is yomatt41@gmail.com.
Tell us your iPhone model, the iOS version, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. You do not need an account ID, because there is no account.
Saves
Your best height stays on the phone. We never receive a copy, so we cannot look up or restore a lost score. Deleting the app removes the local save. Installing it again starts you fresh.
Privacy requests
The game does not collect personal information. If you emailed us and want that thread deleted, ask from the same address and we will delete what we still have. The policy is at Privacy.
Purchases
Shape Stack does not sell anything inside the app. There is no receipt to refund from us. If Apple charged you for something else, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
