Short version. Shape Stack does not collect, track, sell, or share personal information. There is no account, no advertising, and no analytics in the app or on this website. In App Store Connect, the App Privacy choice for Shape Stack is Data Not Collected.
This is the privacy policy for Shape Stack, a free iPhone game, and for the website that hosts this page. The developer and App Store seller is Matthew Medici. Questions go to yomatt41@gmail.com.
The policy describes what the app and site collect (nothing from players), how on-device progress works, and how to reach us. It is written to match a Data Not Collected label on the App Store.

App Privacy summary (App Store)
Apple shows a privacy label on the product page. For Shape Stack that label is Data Not Collected. The app does not collect data that Apple asks developers to declare, and it does not use data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
There is no account and no login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. We do not use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA), and the app does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not track.
| Category | Examples | Collected by Shape Stack |
|---|---|---|
| Contact Info | Name, email, phone | No |
| Location | Precise or coarse location | No |
| Identifiers | User ID, device ID, IDFA | No |
| Usage Data | Product interaction, advertising data | No |
| Diagnostics | Crash data, performance data | No |
| Purchases | Payment info, purchase history | No. The game does not sell anything. |
| User Content | Photos, gameplay recordings, messages | No |
The game
Best height, settings, and anything else the game remembers stay on your device. We do not run a player database, and we do not receive a copy of your progress.
Shape Stack can be played offline after it is installed. The app does not contact our servers, because we do not operate game servers. Deleting the app, or offloading it and removing its data, removes the local save. We cannot restore a deleted save, because we never had it.
Advertising, analytics, and third parties
Shape Stack does not show ads. It does not include an advertising SDK, an analytics SDK, or a crash-reporting SDK. It does not use third-party code that collects data about you.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not build an advertising or behavioral profile.
- We do not use SKAdNetwork, because there are no ads to attribute.
Apple processes the App Store download under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple ID, and we do not get a list of people who download the game.
This website
This site describes the game, this privacy policy, and how to get support. It is a static website.
- It does not show ads.
- It does not use analytics, pixels, or tracking cookies.
- It does not set cookies of its own.
- It does not ask you to create an account.
- It does not embed third-party scripts other than the font file used to display the page.
The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. That request tells Google that a browser asked for the font file, which can include an IP address. The game itself does not use Google Fonts. If you would rather not make that request, you can block it in your browser. The pages still work in the fallback system font.
The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, to operate and secure the host. We do not use those logs to identify players or to advertise. We do not combine them with anything from the app, because the app sends us nothing.
Emails you send us
If you write to yomatt41@gmail.com, we receive the email address you used and whatever you put in the message. We use that only to read your note and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell that email.
Those messages are stored in our email account. You can ask us to delete a thread, and we will delete what we still have, unless we are required to keep it for a legal claim or a similar obligation. The email provider processes the message so the mailbox can work.
Your choices and rights
Because the app does not collect personal information, there is no in-app profile to access, correct, or download. You control the on-device save by deleting the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app does not process your personal data. If you email us, we process that message to respond to you. You can ask to access, correct, or delete that correspondence, and you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you can email us to ask what personal information we have. For people who have not emailed us, the answer is none. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
Shape Stack is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone else. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, write to yomatt41@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device until you delete it. We do not keep an account database of players. Support emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to finish the conversation, unless the law requires a longer hold.
To ask about an email you sent us, write to yomatt41@gmail.com. There is no in-app account to delete. Steps for help are also on the support page.
Changes
We update this policy when the app, this website, or the law changes. The date at the top changes when we do. The current version is always the page at this URL. If we ever start collecting data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that collection begins.
